If any provided information is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or if A.T.S.I has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement then ATSI has the rights to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.
A.T.S.I. always strives to provide exact product/service/service and also pricing information, but in some inevitable circumstances typographical mistakes may take place. In that case A.T.S.I cannot guarantee the price of a product/service until a confirmation for the order is received from your side. In the event, that a product/service is listed at a wrong price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product/service information. A.T.S.I bears the right, at its sole prudence, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/service, unless the product/service has already been shipped.
In the event if any product/service is mis-priced in that regard A.T.S.I may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and will send you an alert for making cancellation. Unless the product/service ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be endorsed or accepted. A.T.S.I shall have the right to modify the price of the product/service and contact you for more instructions by using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order including notifying you for such cancellations. In the event that A.T.S.I accepts your order the same shall be charged to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. It is our persistent venture to provide you with qualitative stuff at affordable prices. It's important to note that however, that prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
It's requested to note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Thereby, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or do cancellation of any order in due of some reason. You further agree and undertake to provide correct and valid credit card details when making payment If your credit card information never reaches A.T.S.I or we just get a pass, hold or fail message from our payment gateways, the said information will not be used and shared by our payment gateways or A.T.S.I with any other third party unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Further A.T.S.I will not be responsible for any credit card fraud. The liability for the fraudulent use of a card will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be completely depended on you.
When you navigate our website or send emails to us, in that case you are communicating with us electronically and you giving us the permission to communicate with you with the same medium. We will communicate with you by email or by posting some notices on the Site. A.T.S.I has the authority to stop the option for customer chat at any time without any prior notice. A.T.S.I or its employees are not responsible for any delay occurring in attending to or replying to questions through live chat. Further, any modifications to orders placed with us if communicated at live chat will not be considered. Moreover, for making modifications in the placed order it's compulsorily needed to be communicated via an email addressed and must be accepted by us via an email. Any communication through live chat may be stored in our database for our reference in future; But the customer don't have the authorization to access this at a later date.

A.T.S.I have the right to confirm and verify the accurate information's or any details provided by you at any point of time. If at the time of verification your details are found not to be authenticate (wholly or partly),A.T.S.Ihas the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and prevent you from using the services of A.T.S.I and / or other affiliated websites without any prior information. That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole and the address which you provide for delivering the orders must be accurate and proper.

Moreover, you can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any time. Its better you should regularly go through the Terms & Conditions as in any case, if the modified Terms & Conditions are not suitable to you, you may stop using the service. However, if you continue to use the service then you are bound to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of use of this site.
This User Agreement shall be created in accord with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. If any dispute or difference take place either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by A.T.S.I and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Bangalore. The High Court of judicature at Bangalore alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to A.T.S.I on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or placed in connection with your use of this Site (accordingly, the "Comments") shall be and will remain as A.T.S.I property. Such disclosure, submission, or offer of any Comments shall constitute at A.T.S.I of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thereby A.T.S.I owns exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments.

You grant to defend, pay and hold harmless A.T.S.I its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your state of actions performed or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to A.T.S.I or any third party including but not restricted to rift of any warranties, presentations or undertakings or in relation to the non- fulfillment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid prior to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, provision that most accurately matching the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the total agreement between you and A.T.S.I with respect to the ATSI/ services and it supersedes all prior or enhanced communications or , whether electronic, oral or written, between any single individual and A.T.S.I with respect to our product/service and services. If in any case A.T.S.I fails to act with respect to a rift by you or others then in that case it does not bears its right to act with prior to subsequent or similar breaches.
